Basketball: Jeppesen joining Marauders — cishoops.ca

Having Mark Wacyk blogging again is manna from hoophead heaven, especially when he passes along something fresh:
"Also, expect the Marauders to announce toward the end of August that 6'6" Keenan Jeppesen, who has been admitted to McMaster's MBA, will be joining their roster and, as a transfer immediately into a graduate program, be eligible for this coming season. This would be a major coup for Mac given that they are still relatively young across the roster and Jeppesen's addition would add an experienced decision maker on the floor, a proven upper echelon player.

McMaster coach Joe Raso already has one of the OUA West's best recruiting classes. Western has lost five players off last season's Final 8 semi-finalists and Windsor stands to have a new look without big man Greg Surmacz. Brock and Guelph are also supposed to have great recruiting classes, so the West will be a fun division to follow next fall and winter.
