Football
- Huskie tailback Jeff Hassler will have surgery on his shoulder, ending his season (but at least he'll retain a year of eligibility, according to the article). (The Star Phoenix)
- Gary Ross, who is probably featured in 90% of the posts with the "Mounties" tag on this site, has had to watch two Mount A losses from the sidelines due to that deep cut on his hand. "The last few games we’ve been one or two big plays away and I’d like to think I could be that guy to give that spark. So it’s definitely frustrating to watch." (The Chronicle Herald)
Basketball
- The Great Group of Dudes, 2010-11 edition, have been teased with a look inside the Halifax Metro Centre. Don't think that's not motivation for them to make a return trip in March. (Lakehead Basketball)
- Guelph's men's team has 10 new players, yet Chris O’Rourke considers his team to have improved from last year ("more talented" as well). But we'll see if Greg Layson believes it and drafts a Gryphon again this year in the MUBL (coming soon!). (Guelph Mercury)
- Concordia's John Dore thinks the Stingers will be better this year. I support that statement as long as it means I get another one of those mini-basketballs they gave away at the 2009 Final 8. (The Link, via cishoops.ca)
Volleyball
- The UNB women are looking to get back into first or second in the AUS. Coach John Richard calls this team as good as any he's had in his 13 years. (Daily Gleaner)
