Football: Sisco kid a friend of Shrine?

Talk on the dot-org is Regina Rams slotback Jordan Sisco will be one of the two CIS representatives for the East-West Shrine Game (commonly called the Shrine Bowl), which goes Jan. 23 in Orlando.

Sisco had a Canada West all-star season with the Rams (700 yards on 52 catches, two touchdowns in regular season and three in a playoff game), plus he's been touted as a potential first-rounder in next spring's CFL draft.

The custom is to send one offensive player and a defensive player, so the East rep will likely come from the other side of the ball. Concordia Stingers linebacker Cory Greenwood, who apparently has had NFL interest, would seem like a safe call.

Offensive lineman Simeon Rottier (then of Alberta) and defensive tackle Étienne Légaré (then of Laval) played in 2009.
