Hockey: Wild finish in WCHA contest

Not CIS, but you might appreciate the crazy finish in the WCHA on Friday night, where St. Cloud State's Ben Hanowski scored the tying goal off a scramble with 0.1 second left. Notice how the announcers pray to every deity they can imagine and then say "excuse the homerism."



The game ended in a tie, but St. Cloud State beat Alaska-Anchorance 6-0 the following night. For Ottawa readers, that is former Pembroke Lumber King Ryan Lasch taking the initial shot.
