French-language media in Quebec have reported that Laval quarterback Benoît Groulx's shoulder injury will keep him out for at least this week against McGill. He could also miss the Rouge et Or's Sept. 22 return game vs. Sherbrooke.
Cesar-Roberto Sanchez, who has backed up Groulx for the past two seasons, will fill in. Rookie Bruno Prud'Homme relieved Groulx in Laval's opening win over Sherbrooke last week, but Sanchez has been in its system longer.
